Breathing guide (B-TUBE)

Start with the demonstration video — Mr. Yada showing a participant how to inhale through the B-TUBE. Use Subtitles below the video to switch language.

  • 1
Inhale through the tube: hold it in your mouth and breathe in deeply, keeping the ribs and abdomen from moving — but without stiffening them.
  • 2
An inhale takes about 9–12 seconds: inhale strongly so the air reaches the bottom of your abdomen. You may exhale through the nose or the mouth.
  • 3
5 sets is the standard: one inhale + one exhale = one set. The number does not change with the B-TUBE size (S / M).

Explanatory videos

These complement the main video. Breathing starts with posture. Check how to take the posture first, then move on to the breathing itself.

1. Taking the breathing posture

2. The breathing in practice

3. Releasing tension (palms and soles)

If the breathing doesn't go well

Check whether tension is entering the shoulders, neck, chest, back or lower back. If you cannot relax your palms or the soles of your feet, see "Releasing tension" above. If that does not resolve it, please get in touch.
